Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by The Elopement Experience™, referred to as "Planner," and the individual purchasing the One-Hour Wedding Consultation, referred to as "Client." By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services:

Planner agrees to provide the following services:

1. A custom pre-session questionnaire to gather details about the Client’s questions, goals, and needs.
2. A one-hour private Zoom consultation to provide personalized advice on topics such as styling, logistics, timelines, or vendor recommendations.
3. A session summary email with key recommendations and next steps discussed during the consultation.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to:

1. Complete and submit the pre-session questionnaire no later than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
2. Arrive on time for the scheduled session.
3. Communicate clearly and provide accurate information to ensure the Planner can offer the best advice.

Payment Terms:

1. The total cost of this service is $750 (non-refundable).
2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to the Planner’s availability.
3. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Limitations:

1. This service is advisory in nature and does not include execution or management of any planning tasks.
2. The Planner is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Client following the consultation.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

1. All recommendations, materials, and advice provided during the consultation are for the Client’s personal use only.
2. The Client agrees not to share, distribute, or replicate any portion of the session summary or consultation content for commercial purposes.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation prior to pursuing legal action.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

By purchasing the One-Hour Wedding Consultation, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Agreement.
