Venue Scouting Package Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by The Elopement Experience™ ("Planner") and the purchaser of this service ("Client"). By purchasing the Venue Scouting Package, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The Venue Scouting Service includes:

  • A detailed Custom Questionnaire to define your wedding vision and preferences.
  • A Private Portal to organize and track your venue recommendations, including photos, pricing, and availability.
  • A curated list of 3  venues tailored to your preferences.
  • Two Zoom consultations: one to refine your preferences and one to finalize your venue selection.
  • Optional additional venues available for $500 each.

• The total investment is $1,500, divided into two payments:

  • $750 due upon booking to secure the service.
  • $750 due before the final consultation or showcasing the venues.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable due to the extensive research, personalized scouting, and travel involved in providing this service.

• The Planner may assist with additional services, such as reviewing contracts or providing further guidance, for an additional fee of $150 per hour upon request.

By purchasing this package, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
