I'm Rochelle Cheever, founder of The Elopement Experience™, luxury elopement designer and destination wedding planner specializing in Italy, California, and beyond.

I was raised in Rome. Growing up there embedded in me a deep sense of timeless design, elegance, and the Italian art of celebration. It is something you absorb over a lifetime. That sensibility is the foundation of everything I bring to your day.

My background is in fine arts, an artist by training. I see your elopement the way I see a painting. The destination is the canvas. Every element, the florals, the attire, the tablescape, the timing of the light, is chosen in relationship to the destination, who you are, and how you want your day to feel.

As a dual Italian and American citizen, living between Rome and California, I move between these worlds with ease. I know the vendors, the venues, the culture, and the light. 

The couples who come to me are not looking for a wedding to manage. They are looking for an experience to live. You bring the vision. I compose the rest.
